Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may require you to cancel an order. Below are the terms for cancellations:
1. Before Processing:
- Orders can be canceled before they are processed for delivery by contacting our FOS staff.
- No cancellation charges will be applied if the order is canceled before processing.
2. After Processing:
- Once the order has been processed and dispatched for delivery, cancellations are not allowed.
- If the customer refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery, no refund will be processed.
3. Order Modification:
- Any request for modification or change in order must be made before the order is processed.
