Since we operate through Field Operations Staff (FOS), we do not collect or store:

- Payment details like credit/debit card information (all transactions are handled via static QR codes or payment links generated through our ERP system).
- Any user data through cookies or tracking mechanisms on our website.
2. How We Process Orders
- All orders are facilitated directly by our FOS staff, who maintain customer details manually for delivery purposes.
- The payment is collected offline via UPI, QR codes, or payment links, without storing personal payment credentials.
- Once the order is delivered and confirmed via OTP verification, we process vendor payments accordingly.
3. Third-Party Services
- We use third-party payment processors (such as UPI and POS machines) to facilitate transactions. Any data shared with these providers falls under their respective privacy policies.
- We do not share any customer data with third-party marketers, advertisers, or analytics platforms.
4. Security and Data Protection
Although we do not collect or store personal data, we take necessary precautions to:
- Ensure that payment transactions remain secure and encrypted.
