Welcome to A2 A2 Milk and Curd Supply Company. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using our services.


1. Introduction

A2 A2 Milk and Curd Supply Company operates as an offline marketplace connecting customers with high-quality A2 milk and curd sourced from indigenous Gir cows. We facilitate payments through QR codes or payment links generated via our ERP system, ensuring a seamless and transparent transaction process.


2. Eligibility
  • You must be 18 years or older to make a purchase.
  • By making a transaction, you confirm that the details provided are accurate and complete.

3. Ordering and Payment
  • Orders are placed through our Field Operations Staff (FOS) in selected tier-1 cities.
  • Payments can be made via:
    • Static QR Code (scanned at the time of purchase).
    • Payment Link (sent via SMS/WhatsApp through our ERP system).
  • Once payment is successfully processed, the order will be confirmed, and delivery will be scheduled accordingly.
  • No orders will be processed without upfront payment.

4. Delivery Terms
  • Our FOS delivery partners deliver products within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation.
  • Customers must provide an OTP (One-Time Password) upon delivery to confirm receipt of the order.
  • Once the OTP is verified, payments are released to the vendor supplying the product.
  • In case of any delays due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will be notified in advance.

5. Refund and Return Policy
  • Refunds:
    • Refunds are applicable only in cases of non-delivery, damaged goods, or incorrect items received.
    • Refund requests must be raised within 12 hours of delivery with supporting photographic evidence.
    • Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 7 working days via the original payment method.
  • Returns:
    • Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless the item is damaged or incorrect
    • The product must remain unopened and unused for eligibility.

6. Order Cancellation
  • Customers can cancel their order before dispatch by contacting customer support.
  • Once the product has been dispatched, cancellations will not be entertained due to the perishable nature of dairy products.
  • Refunds for valid cancellations (before dispatch) will be processed within 5 working days.

7. Pricing and Taxes
  • Prices displayed on our platform or communicated by our FOS include all applicable charges.
  • We reserve the right to modify product pricing at any time without prior notice.

8. Responsibilities of Customers
  • Ensure availability at the delivery location during the expected timeframe.
  • Provide an accurate OTP for order confirmation.
  • Store the delivered products appropriately to maintain their quality and freshness.

9. Limitation of Liability
  • A2 A2 Milk and Curd Supply Company shall not be liable for:
    • Any delays in delivery caused by unforeseen circumstances.
    • Any allergic reactions or health issues arising from the consumption of our products.
    • Any payment failures due to third-party UPI providers or banking systems.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
