Refund Policy

    • If the product delivered is damaged or defective.
    • If the wrong product is delivered.
    • If the product is not delivered within the specified time frame of 48 hours from order confirmation.

2. Refund Process:
  • Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our FOS staff.
  • Once the claim is verified, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Cases:
  • Products that have been opened, consumed, or damaged due to customer mishandling will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds will not be processed for orders canceled after dispatch.
