Refund Policy
We strive to deliver the highest quality products. However, in case of any issues, the following refund terms apply:
1. Eligibility for Refund:
- Refunds will only be processed under the following conditions:
- If the product delivered is damaged or defective.
- If the wrong product is delivered.
- If the product is not delivered within the specified time frame of 48 hours from order confirmation.
2. Refund Process:
- Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our FOS staff.
- Once the claim is verified, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Cases:
- Products that have been opened, consumed, or damaged due to customer mishandling will not be eligible for a refund.
- Refunds will not be processed for orders canceled after dispatch.
